A.Our pricing model is subscription-based, where each subscription tier provides a specific allocation of minutes each month. If you exceed this allocation, you can add more minutes to your account at a rate determined by your subscription tier: Starter $1 per minute. Creator $0.85 per minute. Producer $0.75 per minute. For Agency these are quoted on a case by case basis by emailing: marketing@verbalate.ai.
A.Should you exceed your allocated minutes, you have the option to purchase extra minutes. The cost for these additional minutes varies based on your subscription plan. For subscribers of the Starter plan, extra minutes can be acquired starting at $1.00 each. Those on the Creator plan can purchase additional minutes at $0.85 each, and for those on the Producer plan, each additional minute costs $0.75.
A.For those subscribed to the monthly plan, your unused minutes will expire at each month’s end. For those on the annual plan, unused minutes will remain until the yearly contract concludes, after which they will expire.
