Q.How do I upgrade or change my subscription plan?
A.To upgrade or change your subscription plan, simply login to your SortResume.ai account and navigate to the Billing page. From there, you can select a new plan that best fits your needs and proceed with the upgrade. The change in the subscription plan will take effect immediately.
Q.I selected free plan and I’m asked to enter my credit card details. Why is that? Will I get charged?
A.To subscribe to our Free plan, a valid credit card is required. This measure helps us prevent fraudulent activity and ensure a trustworthy user community. Rest assured, your card will only be charged if you choose to purchase additional credits or upgrades. We take your privacy seriously — all payment information is securely processed and stored in Stripe.
Q.I spent my monthly resume quota, can I still use the app?
A.Yes, you can still use all the features normally, but you will not be able to score additional resumes until your quota resets at the end of your monthly billing cycle. Alternatively, you can purchase additional credits.
Q.What happens with my unspent resume credits?
A.If you have purchased additional resume credits and haven’t spent them in this month, they will roll over to the next month without an expiration date. However, if you haven’t fully spent the monthly quota that comes with your plan, those resumes don’t roll over to the next month.
Q.How does the refund policy work for my subscription?
A.We hold our customers responsible for managing their accounts, credit limits, and overages. Refunds are only applicable to the current subscription charge on your account, not for overage charges from the prior month or additional charges added to your account. If you feel that a refund is justified, please respond directly to hello@sortresume.ai to begin the discussion about a possible refund. We ask that you cancel your account first to process a full refund to speed up the potential refund process. We will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.
