A.While we don't limit the number of users or projects, we do limit disk space used to store attachments. On the Free plan, total disk space is limited. You can increase these limits by upgrading to the Business plan.

Q.Can I change the team size?

A.Yes, you can change your team size at any point during your subscription. You’ll be charged a prorated fee for adding new users and receive a refund on your next payment for removing seats.

Q.Is my data secure?

A.We are ISO/IEC 27001 certified and maintain updated SOC2 and SOC3 reports. We use Stripe for payments and AWS for infrastructure to ensure top-tier security.

Q.Do you offer discounts?
