A.We count the number of members in your Slack workspace. Guests and external members are not included to the pricing.

Q.How do the bot notifications work?

A.OrgaNice sends maximum 4 notifications asking to fill in missing profile data, with 2 personal Slack notifications, 2 emails, and a report to admins if ignored.

Q.What is a data completion page?

A.The Data Completion page shows 'In progress' members until all notifications are sent, then moves those with missing fields to 'Missing {field name}' column.

Q.Why can’t I edit other positions but mine on the org chart?

A.Regular members edit only their own positions; admins edit all, except other admins unless Slack's primary owner logs in.

Q.What is the difference between Slack’s workspace admins and OrgaNice’s admins?

A.Slack admins configure Slack profile fields; OrgaNice admins receive missing data reports. Both access settings and edit org chart positions.

Q.Why can’t I edit my profile fields in Slack anymore?

A.OrgaNice needs Slack profile fields in API data source; edit profile on org chart to sync changes to Slack.

Q.What will happen to subordinates if I delete a manager?

A.Subordinates of a deleted manager are removed from the org chart but can be found on the Data completion page.
