A.Yes. User messages are pooled at the team level, allowing one user on a team of 10 to use 90% of the team's messages.

Q.What happens if I run out of user messages during the trial?

A.You can continue to use the other unlimited features for the remainder of the period. If you want to use more Agent or Chat, you need to purchase a plan. This change is immediate.

Q.What happens at the end of the trial?
