Q.Do you have special pricing for startups?

A.Yes! We're happy to offer discounts on the Growth or Pro plan for companies before their Series A or smaller. Just reach out to us on Intercom and tell us about your company.

Q.Will my billing change when new features are added?

A.Nope! Your billing stays the same no matter how many awesome features we add.

Q.Do I need a credit card for trials?

A.No credit card needed! Trial your heart out for free. We want you to have a great, no pressure experience with our product.

Q.Can I unsubscribe anytime?

A.For sure. Any time you want to unsubscribe, you can select the Free plan from the billing page. You'll maintain access to features until your next billing period. When your plan moves to Free, you'll lose access to premium features, Insights, and being able to edit more than three Arcades.

Q.Am I charged per user on Growth?

A.Yup! When you add a user, a charge will be added to your account for the prorated time of that user for the month. If you remove a user, you'll be credited for the unused time on the account for that month.
