Your images are utilized to develop a unique digital model that produces these portraits. Your personalized model remains exclusively accessible to you. Your photo is promptly deleted following the creation of your digital model. If you wish to delete your photos or account, please contact us at support@alicecam.ai.
Q.Does alicecam support portraits with glasses?
A.Yes it does! If you wear glasses and wish to have portraits both with and without them, we recommend that you upload photos in both scenarios - some with glasses and others without. As soon as our system recognizes that you've worn glasses in any of your uploaded photos, you'll receive a prompt.
Q.How many photos do I need to upload?
A.Our suggestion is to provide six close-up photos. The diversity of these photos is crucial, encompassing different facial expressions, locations, backgrounds, and camera angles. For optimal results, high-quality images are preferred.
Q.What photo formats do you accept?
A.We support JPG and PNG but not AVIF or GIF.
Q.What's your refund policy?
A.You are eligible for a complete refund if you contact us via email within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that only one set of photos have been generated from the first style you have selected. Additionally, refunds are not available if the photos you submit do not adhere to our guidelines.
